opportunities for the two manufacturing subsidiaries (ROI Technologies
and ROI Labels) as well as ROI Printing Companies.
ROI Printing
Companies is currently looking for talented people, especially those
with a printing background. But we are willing to train entry level
staff and often cross train to encourage promotions. We welcome

Our Current
Openings include:
Flexographic
Press Operators
Assistant
& Journey Level Press Operators needed for 3rd shift; will direct
work by assistants and plant workers, prepare and run label production
with responsibility for quality and waste control, performs all
functions necessary to assigned press including but not limited
to die cutting, stripping, mixing ink, mounting plates and dies,
general maintenance and operation of peripheral equipment necessary
to label run; reports to team leaders. Journey position requires
2-4 years experience on these presses: Comco, Mark Andy, Webtron,
Wolverine, Arsoma. Assistants work under the direction of the Journey
Operator and perform all press related activities; entry level position,
candidates will train and become eligible for Apprenticeship Program;
positions available on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.
Customer
Service Representative
ROI is currently seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented,
multi-tasker who is interested in working in a team environment
as an account manager. This particular position works with both
external and internal customers. Must have current knowledge and
experience in the printing industry. The candidate will work closely
and needs to communicate effectively with sales, estimating, purchasing,
scheduling and manufacturing in order to meet each customer's expectation.
Multitask and productivity skills that are accurate and timely are
necessary responses when working with customers and internal parties.
Maintain and build strong, lasting relationships with both new and
existing accounts. Required skills are: experience in a printing
manufacturing environment; advanced computer skills in a Windows
enviroment and Excel is a must; must be extremely organized and
detail oriented; must be flexible and work well under pressure;
must be customer focused and able to meet tight and ever changing
deadlines.
