Flexographic Press Operators: Assistant & Journey Level
Journey level Press Operators needed for 3rd shift; will direct work by assistants and plant workers, prepare and run label production with responsibility for quality and waste control, performs all functions necessary to assigned press including but not limited to die cutting, stripping, mixing ink, mounting plates and dies, general maintenance and operation of peripheral equipment necessary to label run; reports to team leaders. Journey requires 2-4 years experience on these presses: Comco, Mark Andy, Webtron, Wolverine, Arsoma. Assistants work under the direction of the Journey Operator and perform all press related activities; entry level position, candidates will train and become eligible for Apprenticeship Program; positions available on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts.
Customer Service Representative: ROI is currently seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented, multi-tasker who is interested in working in a team environment as an account manager. This particular position works with both external and internal customers. Must have current knowledge and experience in the printing industry. The candidate will work closely and needs to communicate effectively with sales, estimating, purchasing, scheduling and manufacturing in order to meet each customer's expectation. Multi tasks and productivy that is accurate and timely are necessary when working with customers and internal parties. Maintain and build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing accounts. Requireds skills are: experience in a printing manufacturing environment; advanced computer skills in a Windows enviroment and excel is a must; must be extremely organized and detail oriented; must be flexible and work well under pressure; must be customer focused and able to meet tight and ever changing deadlines.
Marketing Services Administrator: This position is responsible for supporting the activities and accomplishments for business development in the sales and marketing staff and the Business development Director. It is a strategic support position for improving the use and management of information, and responding to and initiating opportunities for improving and increasing revenues and margins. The candidate will implement systematic mailings including samples and write ups. Also assist with the development of target accounts, major proposals for target accounts and for Sales Representatives as well as Manufacturering Representatives. Required skills are: detailed oriented, must be organized and flexible, enthusiam and a team player. Computer skills in a Windows environment and proficient with Excel is a must. This position reports directly the Business Development Director.
Lean Process Coordinator: This position exists to provide leadership in the organization's efforts toward Lean Manufacturing. It is reponsible for accomplishing the expectations of progress in all areas of the organization. Skills required are: Lean Manufacturing/business process improvement experience (2-5 years is preferred,) previously demonstrated abilities relative to the elimination of waste and process variability, detail oriented with Lean planning and organizational skills, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate personnel to accomplish improvement activities, ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, in depth knowledge of, and the ability to put into force, the principles and practices of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques, and must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with the ability to quickly recognize areas for improvement.
